TNT is looking for a part-time to full-time accounting clerk, to fulfill various duties, including but not limited to: Accounts Receivables, data entry, Customer and Supplier relations, File reconciliations.

An energetic and enthusiastic person, with previous accounting experience is what TNT is looking for. Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer knowledge and experience is a must. Previous experience with Simply Accounting, ACCPac, or similar software is a bonus. Accounting designation not required, three plus years practical experience in an accounting environment is required.
Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

The Next Trend Designs is a fast paced, exciting Promotional Company, with a position coming available in our Production Department. The potential candidate will be reporting directly to the Production Manager or Accounting Manager. Experience with Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook as well as ACT are all a necessity. Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills a must.

• This candidate will work in partnership with the Sales Department to ensure orders are filled and completed by the scheduled timeframe.
• Orders product once an order is approved, or purchase order given by client and is signed off by TNT’s Accounting Department.
• Co-ordinates embroidery, artwork, silk screening and product suppliers in order to deliver goods in a timely fashion.
• Signs off on all order related supplier invoices
• Issues purchase orders to suppliers for products, ensuring all pricing is correct, including applicable discounts.
• Ensures quality and accuracy of finished product.
• Packages finished product for clients
• Coordinates delivery of product to clients in the most cost-effective and timely way possible.
• Maintains warehouse to ensure it is kept in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Ensures that all aspects of the production process are recorded in TNT’s database in order to effectively communicate with all departments of TNT.
• A problem solver. Ensures that any issues with clients and suppliers are handled to the best of their ability and are communicated to their direct report and those within TNT that are affected by the issue.
• May be responsible for special projects from time to time as specified by the Production Manager or Accounting Manager
