Program Terms and Instructions

All Orders Must be Placed by March 31st 2010
All Ordered will be shipped by April 28th 2010

Each employee is allowed one annual purchase per year for a maximum of 370 points.

There is no carry over of points or accumulating points for future annual orders (one order per employee per year). Simply select the item you desire up to 370 points and summit the order.

Please consult the sizing chart if you have any concerns in regards to your size. You will receive an order email confirmation once you order has been received.
