Services Audio Visual is offering a selection of fabulous Awards to our
greatest assets: our employees! Our two goals this year are Growth and
Customer Satisfaction. This is a program that allows each of you to win
PS BUCKS that can be traded in for merchandise of your choosing. It is
our way of saying "thanks" for all your hard work and effort
by rewarding every person in the hotel that improves customer service
or up sells items to customers or both. Work with your director to focus
on the activities that improve customer service by thinking proactively
about what customers need and give it to them develop programs to up sell
items including wireless mics, mice, data accessory packages, etc. Send
a list of the things that work and we will post it on the website.
